Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Vangald Group Inc. and Vangald Group Danışmanlık Yazılım Anonim Şirketi (Vangald AŞ) handle information across our website, Code software and Commerce services. The company responsible depends on the product or service, not the language of the page.
Effective: 2 October 2026
The companies and their roles
Vangald Group Inc., 209 Kenmore Ave, Syracuse, NY 13205, USA, publishes and licenses Code software products. Vangald Group Danışmanlık Yazılım Anonim Şirketi (Vangald AŞ), Dumlupınar Mah. Şehit Ütgm. Murat Bek Cad. A Blok No: 7 A, Merkez/Kütahya, Türkiye, provides Commerce services. The companies are separate legal entities under common ownership. The core team is employed by Vangald AŞ and works under shared management; authorised Vangald AŞ personnel may access information from both business lines only as needed for their assigned work, including app-support inquiries. This arrangement does not by itself make both companies the controller or contracting party for every activity. The relevant company and any client-assigned processing roles depend on the product, agreement and applicable law. Contact us at info@vangald.com or +1 315 540-1408 / +90 533 724 63 33.
Website and contact inquiries
The website does not use advertising or behavioral analytics cookies. The contact form prepares a draft in your own email application; it does not submit the form fields to a Vangald server. If you choose to send the email, Vangald receives the name, email address, subject and message you send. The hosting provider may keep limited technical logs, such as IP address, request time, browser information and requested page, for security and service operation.
Commerce client data
For Amazon, Shopify, Etsy and other Commerce work provided by Vangald AŞ, we may handle business contact details, account and catalog records, product information, marketplace notices, case correspondence, advertising records and source documents supplied for the agreed scope. Vangald AŞ uses them to assess requests, perform and document the work, communicate with the client, protect systems and meet legal obligations. Access is limited to authorised personnel who need it for the engagement. A client agreement identifies the parties and any instructions governing client data.
Code apps and product data
Data practices depend on each app. For a released app, the app-specific privacy notice and store disclosures describe any personal data it collects, how it is used or shared, and applicable retention or deletion options. Information you choose to send to app support is used to respond and may be handled by authorised Vangald AŞ personnel supporting Code operations.
App Store and Google Play purchases
Code apps may offer paid downloads, in-app purchases or subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing. The relevant store processes payment credentials and keeps the store-side transaction record under its terms; Vangald does not receive your full card details. Any purchase-related information an app receives and how it is used are described in the app-specific privacy notice. Cancellations and refunds are handled through the relevant store, subject to its rules and mandatory consumer rights.
How and why we use information
We use contact and business information to answer inquiries, evaluate and perform agreements, maintain business records, secure our services, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations. We limit collection and use to what is reasonably necessary for these purposes. When applicable law requires consent for a distinct activity, we request it separately and you may withdraw it for future use.
Access, service providers and international handling
We do not sell personal data. Within the shared operating team, authorised Vangald AŞ personnel may access relevant information from both business lines only as needed for their assigned work. This can include support information for Code software published by Inc; it does not mean every record is routinely shared between the companies. Information may also be handled by hosting, email, professional and technical providers, client-authorised marketplace or solution partners, Apple or Google for store transactions, and competent authorities where legally required. Some providers or team members may be in another country. Any cross-border access or transfer must be assessed and supported by the safeguards required by applicable law.
Security and retention
We apply proportionate technical and organisational measures and restrict access according to responsibility. Contact and support correspondence is kept only while needed to handle the request, maintain necessary business records, establish or defend legal claims, or meet a legal retention duty. Client data follows the applicable agreement and documented instructions. App-specific retention and deletion practices are described in the relevant app privacy notice.
Your privacy rights
Your rights depend on the applicable law and the company handling the relevant activity. Depending on that law, you may be able to request access, correction, information about recipients, deletion where permitted, or review of certain processing, and to complain to a competent authority. For activities carried out by Vangald AŞ, rights under Turkish data-protection law may apply; U.S. state privacy rights apply where relevant. Send a request to info@vangald.com and tell us which product or service it concerns. We may need enough information to verify your identity and locate the records.
Future products and policy changes
A new application will receive product-specific disclosure before it introduces accounts, cloud storage, analytics, advertising or another material data practice. Planned features are not treated as active collection. We may update this policy when practices or legal requirements change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
