US market entry

Before entering the U.S. market, find out what is ready—and what is not.

We review the product, target channel, source records and specialist work needed before account setup or launch work begins.

Market-entry scope

Turn the unknowns into a preparation list.

  1. Check the route

Review the product, intended customer, channel options and practical operating constraints.

  2. Prepare the records

Map catalog information, authentic documents, missing data and decision owners.

  3. Plan company setup and handoffs

Map company formation, EIN/ITIN applications, state filings, registered-agent arrangements and banking onboarding. For ongoing needs such as bookkeeping, tax and sales-tax filings or payroll, we coordinate with specialist providers and clarify owners and handoffs.

Before launch

What needs attention before launch?

  1. Review the product and target

Look at the product range, intended customer, pricing assumptions and the channels being considered.

  2. Check records and responsibilities

Identify the product data, business documents, access and specialist work already available or still missing.

  3. Prepare the channel work

Adapt the agreed catalog information and organize the account, listing and launch tasks.

  4. Track launch and follow-up

Keep open issues, platform responses, owners and post-launch actions visible.

Division of work

Vangald prepares and coordinates the agreed marketplace work. Platforms and other third parties decide approvals, policy outcomes and availability, so entry, ranking and sales results cannot be guaranteed.

Company formation, EIN/ITIN applications, state filings, banking arrangements, bookkeeping, payroll, accounting, legal and tax work are handled through specialist providers; banks and public authorities make their own decisions, so approvals and account access are not guaranteed. Customs, testing, certification, freight forwarding and importer-of-record services also remain outside Vangald’s direct work; we coordinate the handoff when it is part of the plan.
